New Hampshire expands Medicaid to include dental benefits for adults

Guys, I'm very confused right now, can somebody help me out?

Reddit tells me all the time that Democrats don't care about the American people, but Democrats in California just passed universal healthcare, Democrats in New Hampshire expanded Medicaid with dental benefits, and Democrats in Maryland expanded abortion access.

Both sides are the same, aren't they? Could somebody hit me up with some links to red states that are passing universal healthcare, expanding Medicaid, and improving access to abortion services?

I think it's very unfair how r-Politics focuses so much on accomplishments in Democratic states while completely ignoring accomplishments in Republican states. Did you know Republicans politicians are effectively passing legislation that will increase the birth rate and saving their taxpayers money by purchasing fewer books for their schools and public libraries? Probably not, that's not something reddit would tell you.

Both sides are the same, Mississippi will have universal healthcare before New York does.
