James Hodgkinson shooting up a baseball game had time to breathe, he was the top story for days as such and such politician came out of the hospital or such and such heroic story came up which is why you feel he got stronger coverage (as far as I can tell). As to Jason Kessler, I can't speak to what his motivation may or may not be for his political choices as of late but when you're the organizer of a rally made famous by neo-nazis chanting in Klan-like fashion while screaming nazi slogans in the street the window to condemn such actions at your rally is quite narrow (at least in my opinion) also random thought, they were shouting "Jews will not replace us" not blacks so maybe that makes voting for Obama a moot point? idk. Back to your original point, we actually know quite a bit about "terrorist fuckhead". His approach was very well documented and witnessed by several dozen people. The hypothesis that he was simply "accelerating to protect himself from antifa(or whomever) antagonizers has been discredited over and over (even with video evidence showing him approaching on an empty street and then gunning it at the crowd/traffic). "Terrorist fuckhead"'s social media presence has been thoroughly documented and corroborated by his family and former classmates the former of course wrote a letter (or article I don't quite remember) distancing themselves from him and explaining he "wasn't taught that under our roof". Pretty cut and dry stuff, not really something crazy just a bit of a jerk, hell the body count wasn't even that spectacular for terrorism standards so the fact that he got any screen time at all compared to the tornado of PR that came out of that weekend is a miracle. Also when the President comes out and blames violence on "both sides" after a terrorist attack no one cares about who did it anymore. I'll leave it at that because anyone with any knowledge knows that if you have to argue for or against Trump being whatever Trump is you've already lost the argument because Trump is Trump and the entire world gets to see that for what it is.
