The most meaningful essays are meant to talk about a specific incident or event from one of your experiences, what you did, and how it affected your growth and/or perspective on certain things or life.

Also, notice your 3 best experiences are called “most meaningful” not “meaningful”. This is because all your AMCAS activities and experiences should be meaningful to you in some way. If OP didn’t have any clinical experiences, then yes that is a major red flag because OP it means OP either doesn’t know what they’re getting into or that their clinical experience wasn’t meaningful enough to make their top 15 (assuming they have 16 or more experiences).
