Thousands of women are throwing a guy a dance party after he was body shamed

Nothing resembling a joke here. It is in fact quite literal.

I didn't say it was a joke. I'm not sure where that point is coming from.

Why does he deserve sex because he was trying to have fun, and some teenagers laughed at him? I really don't get it. Where does the sex part enter the equation? Is it because he is large, that you think sex is what he deserves? He could be happily married and would not need to be rewarded with sex.

Again, it's not that he's owed sex, it's a recognition that the guy has been through some shit and it would be great if the universe somehow rewarded that with some sex. "That poor homeless guy has it really rough, cops just shot his dog, that guy deserves to get a million dollars." See? I didn't propose he go steal a million dollars and that would be great. I'm not proposing anyone give him a million dollars. Just positing that it would be cool if he somehow got a million dollars.

The man deserves to be able to dance and have fun like everyone else. But people do not deserve sex, which is what I am trying to point out. The reason why this is even being brought up, is because people do not think he would be able to get sex any other way, then from sympathy.

I'm not saying that or even insinuating it, but since you brought it up, yeah, it's probably hard for a morbidly obese man to find a sexual partner. Facts of life. Not saying it's at all an impossibility, but it's a detriment.

This is degrading of him as a person and has no merit, based on what you know about him. If he had been handsome and shamed for another reason, would people say that he deserved sex??

You're pivoting from 'deserving sex is a rapist mentality' to 'saying he deserves sex is patronizing to this man'. I appreciate mental gymnastics as much as the next guy but please, stick to one angle at a time.
