Tips on making eating healthy less...tragic?

Thanks for your extremely unhelpful, narrow minded response.

You act like it’s a choice to not like fresh produce. I enjoy fruit, I don’t like vegetables. I never have. Since I was a baby, I would throw up any type of vegetable baby food my parents fed me. I was never fed vegetables growing up, but I continued to try them at different points in time hoping my palate would change. It didn’t.

I still do eat vegetables. I cook them and eat them with my meals. I don’t necessarily enjoy it, but I know they’re good for me. I don’t need to see a psychiatrist because I don’t enjoy the taste of a food you think I should enjoy.

As for eating fresh, whole, and unprocessed foods, it’s not that simple. The things that are readily available and affordable for me do not fall under that category, but I’m willing to go out of my way to get things that do. That’s why I asked for advice. No need to waste your time commenting on my post asking for help if you’re just going to be pompous and condescending.
