When will Canada, as a country, address the albatross that is home prices?

No, I’m not suggesting building a new city. I’m not suggesting new shopping, new housing is private sector the supply demand chart speaks for itself and new public transport is already coming, at least in Ontario. This isn’t building a new city, this is deregulating the city that is already there. I’m not pulling this out of thin air, zoning reform will reduce costs and public transport will grow the economy.

There’s also the fact that your point is mute, because as I was trying to express zoning reform will result in more efficient placement of shops in the first place, as expressed here.
