I know it's hard to know just from my description, but it wasn't a consent issue at all. If I didn't want him to kiss me I wouldn't have been sitting shoulder to shoulder next to him, holding his hand. I'm sure he picked up on that and felt that it was ok, which it was. I actually thought it was really sweet.

It could be PUA, but I'm a very willing participant. I would have liked a second date to see if things were any better, but as they don't seem to be working out that way and I am fine with it being a fwb thing. It would have been nice if how it was over text translated to in person, and I'm a little bummed. But I am in no way head over heels for him or super upset.
