LPT: antisocial people are literally sociopaths, who actively resent other people and hate ALL social interactions. "Antisocial personality disorder" is the medical term for people who are colloquially referred to as sociopathic. Asocial people are similarly actively hateful of social interactions and hostile towards people. Neither antisocial nor asocial people have people that they DO want to see, as they are both actively hateful of and hostile towards pretty much EVERY other human being.

The term for people who simply do not enjoy being around people all of the time, and whose comfort with being social is often dependent on the specific individual or individuals involved, is either "introverted" or "socially anxious".
