No matter what was said to our current company president, he thinks working from home meant just sitting there. They also are moving full steam and pouring money into an event with an expected 200+ people in early July. And then I sit on the calls and listen to them wonder why they’re not hitting registration numbers and “we just have to keep telling people about it!”

Some of these comments ... y’all think smart people are in charge. Generally not. Especially middle management. Yeah, what you describe is a no brainer. But when the person who fell into a role thanks to nepotism or blowing the right person, the no brainer decisions don’t get picked.
