I agree 100%, It sucks, especially if you have to pay for those services such as a therapist.

I've found no use in a therapist a friend couldn't do, it's like they're all afraid to just sit down and listen for awhile. Tell us we're not crazy for being frustrated at X or scared of Y. It doesn't take a degree to be human to your friends.

Everyone is so quick to say "Go see a specialist," but fail to realize the specialists are going to tell you to make friends and have a support network built around you (Among other things, this is just an example). It's a viscous circle and we're caught in the middle of it.

That's why I love this sub. Come, vent, talk to some people at least. It may be the internet, and it may not be much, but it's better than bottling it all inside. We're here for each other.
