No, I'm not kidding. You're either stupid or being intellectually dishonest. None of those things you brought up in the second paragraph have anything to do with this unresolved bill for a fund that is in no danger of running out of money in the next 12 months.
I'm not worried about the money at all. I'm worried that there's no plan for how to effectively spend the money and that it will end up in the pockets of those that don't deserve it. Right now your emotions are being pandered to by democrats trying to score cheap political points. The fund will be extended, but the bill needs revised.
