Paddy's has a shitty tipper board

If you actually afford a $200 bottle of wine, but don't have the class/knowledge to tip accordingly, then you shouldn't be going out. You should be spending your money at BevMo and staying home. It's for the experience of not slumming it and sitting in sweatpants at home with some box wine. If Applebees wine bottle price points are your thing, then go to Applebees. If you go to a fine dining restaurant with higher skilled staff, then yes, you need to tip accordingly. There is a such thing as a professional waiter and usually the more expensive the restaurant, the more skilled the workers and more people are actually involved with the service, even the parts you cannot see.
