Husband and I are on month 7 of trying to conceive. I have no diagnosed infertility- causing conditions and regular 24d cycles. I have never had a positive OPK test, but after 2 progesterone blood tests on CD18, my doc is certain I'm ovulating, but we dont know when.
Current cycle was my first round of 5mg letrozole taken days 5-9. Still had no positive opk this cycle but progesterone test was 6.2 so doc says I'm good. Currently on cd28 with no period in sight and a negative pregnancy test. Is it possible since opks don't work for me, urine pregnancy tests won't work either? (I know they test different hormones but I'm grasping) Or has letrozole lengthened anyone else's cycle?
