Guy confronts cashier because he didn't like his Ice

How did you guys manage to not only get rid of "the customer is always right" but change it into "the customer is always wrong". The guy didn't have an unreasonable request. You guys love stores like Costco that have good refund and exchange policies. You have no idea how this icee is, and he didn't drink much, could have been a problem with it not being frozen all the way when he poured it, could be moldy, etc. And the customer wasn't a douche who drank it all first or being an asshole about it, he's probably in shock that he's being sweared at over a simple request over 10 cents worth of product. That cashier did give a fuck. If he didn't give a fuck like he said he'd just exchange it and let everyone go about their day.
