LPT: Postpone college if you're undecided about your degree.

Right, I’m not saying “this is only going to work in the military”. Also, It shouldn’t a pitch though. It’s not their experience. They haven’t experienced the after military life. It can’t be a pitch of a recruiter. They aren’t veterans. This is from my experience. There are ways to avoid college outside of the military, but you aren’t going to find any “move out of mom and dads home” jobs you can jump on these days. You say millennials got sold, however, I’m that millennial and have been on my own for 12 years. You’re buying into living at home for at least a year before actually figuring anything out. News flash, the real world isn’t that easy if you’re just getting outta high school.
