You never forget your first time

In the u.s. more than 1 in 6 people have genital herpes and 25% of women.

That's a far cry from the global numbers people keep quoting.

That means if you have sex with 4 people you're likely to have it.

That's not how statistics work. There are a lot more variables in play.

People need to stop worrying about it and stop the stigma.

I agree we need to remove the stigma regarding herpes. Yet that doesn't mean people shouldn't be practicing safe sex and notifying their sexual partners if they have an incurable STD. Just because it might be more common than many realize doesn't mean people shouldn't have the choice of exposure it that's an option.

Knowingly exposing someone without informing them is a dick move.

Just stating the facts and saying people need to act responsibly, especially with something that can have a lifelong impact on others.
