wow, you have quite the imagination. Lets clarify a few things that your ignorant mind seems to assumed are truths...

First of all, No, I was not drunk at the time. I actually was dropped off at my house by a constable of the Surrey PD within 30 min prior to this going down. He was aware of my state of mind and felt that I was not "intoxicated" or he would not have left me unaccompanied and locked out of my house.

Secondly, just because I had a suspicion that I was pregnant at the time does not mean I actually was and if I was that it was a viable pregnancy (because of health issues I face regarding fertility). But that doesnt make it ok for the officers to negate my claim at the time and use excessive force.

Thirdly, I am well known in my community. White Rock is a VERY small town and I know allot of the officers on a first name basis. Plus my family has owned this property for about 20 years now. The property is gated and had visible "no trespassing" signs.

As for my injuries, unless your the emergency room doctor who examined me after this debacle, then you have no place making stipulation to my injuries. I only posted 4 out of about 20 pics taken and aside from the visible contusions I acquired, but I received many more injuries such as bruised ribs, pinched nerves and PTSD.

And just a lil fyi, I did seek a lawyer immediately upon release, but held off on filing a civil suite because I feared for my safety and retaliation. I also filed an internal claim with the RCMP within a week of the incident.

As for me being belligerent, yes, I was very loud at the time because I wanted witnesses to what was happening. This kind of behavior is not ok, specially from people who have sworn to uphold the law, not act as the law.

So like I said before you guys are welcome to your own opinions, but your ignorance does not change the documented facts. Also, if this was a bullshit claim Sargent Glen of the RCMP would not have admitted to his goons wrong doings (which I have record of).

Waffleman, please clarify which laws I broke? Cause both the RCMP and myself dont feel I broke any, otherwise I would have been released with pending charges or a citation at the least.
