if you’re wearing a mask, what does it matter to you if he for all you know was wearing it all day and decided he needed a quick breather and pulled his mask down for a second? also I think this whole thing of harassing strangers in public and recording them for not wearing masks is stupid when all over NYC and many other cities in the US and the globe, restaurants and bars are serving patrons who are pulling down their masks to eat/drink. nevermind the fact that enforcing mask wearing does not work esp the longer this COVID thing goes on, the governments are sending mixed messages by asking people to wear masks then opening bars and restaurants.
