How to overcome "leave me more information and we'll get back to you" after in-person meeting?

This is going to be unpopular. But it works. Just don't let everyone know the secret.

Don't give the prospect this opportunity. You don't need a decision then and there. You don't need to add pressure or come off as passive.

This question means you're in the desperate, passive, or beta position. You want to be alpha. If you're not alpha, you need to match their alpha. That's it.

So what does that look like?

At the end of your presentation or pitch or proposal or meeting or whatever you call it, you tell your prospect, well that's all we have for today, we really must be going, we have other (insert actual stuff on agenda, NEVER lie) to get to, because we have a lot of clients (or whatever the case is, again NEVER lie) let us know if you're interested. We prioritize our clients and treat them like gold. and to be frank, once we have X amount of client we won't have the time or manpower to spend on prospects anymore." Or something like that. Simple. Let them know you don't NEED them. They need this. You have other things to do. Walk away. If you did your job right and made the desire and cost match, then they'll contact you.

I added a lot here and obviously I have a different script depending on what you're pitch or sales dialogue is.

Boom.
