Yes, there was a slight shift in his attitude that I asked him about. Because we met IRL I wasn't looking for anything, nor was he. But he pursued me and initiated most everything. There was a lot of "I really like you", "can't wait to see you," "you're amazing", "I love having you in my life." Along with some amazing coincidences and awesome chemistry it just happened.

I suspect he may have started to have some big feelings and that's what caught him off guard and I picked up on that. I am only really up for having a lover at the moment, not a relationship because of what I'm doing at the moment; he said he felt he couldn't give me what he wanted to because he realised he wasn't ready. There was lots of mutual support on our careers and families and health, and some great sexual chemistry, so it was pretty deeply involved for a rebound.
